The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short walk from the city center and transportation to nearby Sintra. The "guest experience" offer included airport transfers and daily Portuguese treats in the room, which was a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending great restaurants and organizing a fantastic tour to Fatima. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we even received a complimentary cake and wine to celebrate my husband's birthday. the staff made our stay unforgettable.

Located in a quieter area of the city, this hotel instantly feels like home as you step inside. With the nearest metro stop just a short walk away, you have easy access to all of the city's attractions. In addition, there is a mini market located just five minutes away where you can find everything you need for a bargain price. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and varied, offering a great start to the day. The hotel also boasts a terrace bar and a concierge who is always ready to assist you with directions and recommendations.

The daily main service could be improved, as there were a few instances where little things were neglected, such as forgetting to change a towel or refill the mini-bar.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations with its luxurious amenities and impeccable service. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge provided me with the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax. the restaurant's delicious buffet breakfast and bar lounge area added to the overall indulgent experience.

The only minor issue I faced was the limited options on the special diet menu. the private facilities, including the heated swimming pool and spa center, more than made up for it.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

The hotel was centrally located near the main square by the sea estuary, making it easy to explore the city center. The room was clean with a nice minibar and nespresso coffee. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had a wide choice of food.

There were no free tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and the drinks in the room were also on the expensive side.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location, walking distance to many attractions. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered amazing views of the city. The room was exactly what I needed and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in.

I loved staying at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with so many options to choose from, including fruits, cereals, warm pastries, and delicious coffee. The staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome, always available to help. The location was great, not too far from the central areas of the city and near the metro station. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a luxurious swimming pool and a nice spa.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and sightseeing bus tours. The staff were warm and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. the rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of disappointments during my city trip. the beds in the beautiful room were quite hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
